I finally found a webcam software/driver that works with this machine after trying literally dozens from dell's own site as well as others from creative. Here it is: http://ftp.us.dell.com/monitors/Dell...%20R230103.exe Let me know if it works.

Really mad at dell for not including a drivers source cd with the machine. They can at least upload the correct drivers and ALL necessary software to run the freakin hardware that they put on their OWN machine!!! This is pathetic! Having to google drivers and test them out
